It’s officially the holidays! Welcome to the roller coaster my friends! We just finished Halloween, so the year is over….jk. Today we are going to continue our six week series to help you get ready for the holidays. To be able to have more peace and feel less overwhelmed, so that you can actually enjoy the holiday season. In this episode we are going to cover holiday meal planning - regular meal prep during a crazy season, how do you make that easier etc. We will also talk about how to manage holiday meals and make them easier and more enjoyable.
