And founder of Tender Care Newborn Services & Sleep Training with Tender Care. She serves families both nationally and internationally through her virtual services. Sue’s coaching helps teach little ones to sleep 8-12 hours a night, and allows everyone in the household to get the rest they need! Sue began her journey working with children and families nearly 25 years ago as a nanny and educator, and in the last 10 years Sue has found that her passion lies not only in working with families with infants but also parents of toddlers and preschoolers, helping them to conquer the chaos of getting through the evening routine and into bed. Sue sets families up for sleep success by providing parents with the tools they need to help their children learn to sleep reliably and peacefully through the night. Combined with the constant demand of kids, managing the house, social media, email and driving in traffic it’s no wonder that we are feeling overwhelmed and everything feels like too much. Clutter and chaos can drain our mental energy more than we think and leave us drained before we even start all the tasks on our to-do list. So what do we do when life feels like too much? It’s officially fall now. Kids are in school, leaves are changing colors, fall decorations are out, pumpkin spice latte’s are back, and we can’t wait for it to be full on sweater weather. Now that our days are full, work projects have ramped up, our calendar has exploded with events, and we shuttle kids like an unpaid uber driver. You may be wondering where your time goes. How do you actually get stuff done while balancing work, home, family and all the things? One of the tricks I teach my clients is, when to do specific tasks throughout your day. How to be productive in your day without feeling the need to be busy all day long and exhausted. Today we are diving into exactly how to structure your day and map out your tasks, so you feel accomplished at the end of the day instead of just exhausted.

How is your transition from summer to school going? No matter how much you plan or you feel ready for school there are always more things. Right? I feel like the more kids you have the more opportunities for miscommunication and things to slip through the cracks. Truth be told I haven’t redone the white board calendar for this month and it’s already halfway over! What task have you run out of time for or needed to pivot? Hopefully you were able to do less pivoting after joining us for our Back 2 Basics School Challenge.
