MOPS, Mothers of Preschoolers, is an amazing organization that has helped me fight the discouragement and loneliness that can come with being a stay at home mom stuck in the normal every day routine. You can find MOPS groups all over the country! Just recently MOPS had their annual international gathering of moms. It was incredible! Think of a girls weekend away plus the best worship music ever, plus speakers that spoke to your needs as a mom. We all left feeling refilled, refueled, and refreshed. In this episode I wanted to recap and share some bits of wisdom from the amazing speakers at MOMCON. Enjoy!

Now your kids are finally in school, so what do you do now? What does your day look like? Especially if you have very little ones who have just started kindergarten. Your day was full of running around, playing games, breaking up fights, keeping kids busy, feeding kids, and all the things. Now that they are off to school your house may seem a bit quiet, and a bit sad and a bit lonely. I have been there, and in this episode I share what I did to infuse more joy into my day, my heart, my mind and my soul.
